The continuous wood veneer jet dryer is designed to handle the drying process of face veneer, back veneer and long core veneer. For process the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the breakage of the veneer, then can raise the veneer utilization ratio and production output. All outfitted air blower and screen are the high quality production, so it can increase the durability and useful life of the machine. The Continuous Jet Wood Veneer Dryer can run on biomass burner and steam boiler or thermal oil heater too.
Shine veneer dryers run without thermal oil or steam. It uses tree barks from debarker, waste veneer from peeling machine in wet condition as the fuel for the biomass burner. All these tree barks, waste veneer are put into a crusher or wood chipper and then loaded into the biomass burner even in wet condition. The burner can burn all kinds of waste wood chips, waste veneer chips, other rind directly to generate hot air to dry the green veneers. The fuel cost is the lowest compared to the steam, oil, gas or electrictity. And energy efficiency is very high as a result of direct heating instead of indirect heating of steam, oil.
