Direct Heating Continuous Veneer Roller Dryer Introduction

The direct heating veneer drying machine runs on biomass burner and it is the lowest type veneer roller dryer compared to steam boiler or thermic oil heater type plywood veneer dryers. All kinds of waste wood, tree barks, waste veneer from peeling machine, rind chips are burned inside the biomass burner and the hot air is heated up to 1000-degree Celcius. This hot air is then supplied to the veneer dryers for drying green veneers. There is no heat loss for the biomass type veneer dryers line as it is the direct heating air instead of the indirect heating of water or oil.
