The continuous mesh belt veneer dryer or band dryer or mesh dryer is one of the main pieces of equipment in veneer and plywood production and can be used for continuous face veneer drying operation. A veneer mesh belt dryer is used for drying veneers with rotary cutting and slicer and it is designed specially to dry the very thin face veneer typically at 0.2-1.2mm thickness. Reasonable design and good parts make veneer mesh dryers save energy and transfer heating fast. The mesh veneer dryer machine uses the latest ultra-low noise centrifugal ventilator, which reduces noise, good for workers. The wind speed is faster and the air volume is higher, therefore the drying speed is much quicker.
