Shine 24m 1deck wood veneer dryer are composed of 20m heating section and 4m cooling section.The fresh veneer is fed into the veneer dryer and moved through the veneer dryers machine by running rollers and at the same time the hot air blows the surface and back of the veneer to achieve the drying effect.High temperature roller drum directly contact with wet veneer for heat transfer,the drying capacity of 24m veneer drying machine can achieve about 20 m³for 24 hours per day.So the heat efficiency of core veneer dryer is high, heat loss is reduced.The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content,flat without buckle or end waviness and the surface is in good condition for gluing.
