Shine biomass veneer dryers have the features of high productivity, energy efficiency, lowest drying cost and perfect drying effect. The composite cost of the total core veneer drying cost is only about $6-$12/m3, which can improve customers’ profit space greatly. The biomass burner is Shine patented product-heat source of the veneer dryer. The burner can burn all kinds of waste wood, tree bark, waste veneer directly to supply hot air to the veneer dryer machinery so as to reduce the fuel cost mostly. Compared to steam type or thermal oil type wood veneer dryer, the drying cost in the veneer drying process is reduced greatly. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness; free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing for plywood making process.
