In the veneer rotary cutting process, some defective veneers will appear at the beginning of the rotary cutting process because of the natural bending in wood growth or the diameter inspection of the top and bottom of the trunk. These veneers are not suitable for direct drying with veneer dryer due to cracks, burrs or holes in the drying stage, otherwise the dryer will stop working or break itself.
In the previous work links, these veneers were either discarded or only dried naturally, which not only caused waste, but also additional costs. In view of this situation, we reuse the tail gas of the drying trunk line and connect a special drying room for defective veneers to dry these veneers, which not only makes rational use of the heat of the dryer, but also can dry the defective veneers well.
